The privacy policy explains how Transference Healing Pty Limited handles your personal information and data. We value your trust, and are committed to maintaining the confidence of visitors to our website. We have therefore strived to present this policy in a clear and plain language.

VISITORS TO OUR WEBSITE

When someone visits www.transferencehealing.com we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is processed without identifying anyone individually. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website. If we do collect personally identifiable information through our website, we will be up front about this. We will make it clear when we collect personal information from you.

MAILING LIST SUBSCRIPTIONS

As part of the registration process for our mailing list, we collect personal information including your name, email address, geolocation, optin time, IP address and email preferences. We use that information for the following reasons: to tell you about products and services you have requested we tell you about; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to ensure our records are up to date; and to ensure you’re happy and satisfied. We never rent or trade email lists with other organisations or businesses.

We use a third party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our newsletters. We gather statistics about email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our newsletters. For more information, please see MailChimp’s privacy policy.

You can unsubscribe from general mailings at any time of the day or night by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails, or by emailing our administrative manager at admin@transferencehealing.com.

REGISTRATION FORMS, PRODUCT ORDERS AND ONLINE ENROLMENTS

When ordering products, or registering for workshops, trainings, Mystery Schools or mass healings courses (online or in person) on our website, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address, business name, phone number, credit card information or other details to help you with your experience.

Transference Healing will use the information you provide when making a purchase on our online shop or enrolling in a workshop, training, Mystery School or mass healing course with Alexis Cartwright (in person or online) to send you details related to that purchase or enrolment. This includes, but is not limited to, sending you invoices and receipts, sending you notifications of upcoming payments, contacting you about method of payment, confirming delivery details, keeping you informed of when and where a workshop or training will occur, and providing you with details on how to access online enrolments.

All financial transactions are processed directly through Paypal or Stripe, and are not stored on our servers. This information is not accessible to us, unless payments are organised and authorised directly with us over the phone. All credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

Additional personal information input into these forms, including name, email address, mailing address and phone number are stored on encrypted networks. This information is only accessible to a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If your item is unused, you can return or exchange it if you contact us within 14 days of its delivery. Return shipping and handling are not covered and is the responsibility of the sender.

You can return your product for shop credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Credit cannot be applied to postage and handling or Mystery School accommodation. Credit also cannot be applied to Trance Channel sessions, the Mentorship or the Academy of Learning with Alexis Cartwright.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

If you receive the wrong item or a product is damaged on arrival, please contact us at admin@transferencehealing.com right away and we will replace it for you.

MEDITATIONS – DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

All purchases made for the digital download of meditations (audio format) from our website shop are final. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

MASS HEALING COURSES – DIGITAL STREAMING AND DOWLOAD

We believe in the power of our mass healing courses for personal and spiritual development. However, if you do not find value in them, you can apply for a refund within 14 days of your purchase (full payment or first instalment of your payment plan). Requests for refunds must be made in writing. You can apply for a refund by emailing admin@transferencehealing.com. Refund will be made via the original payment method.

EVENT, WORKSHOP & TRAINING ENROLMENTS (ONLINE OR IN PERSON)

Cancellation of enrolment

Within the cooling off period (five days): If you cancel your enrolment within five days of completing our registration form, we will cancel your enrolment in any workshop or training and refund you the total amount. All requests to cancel your enrolment must be received by us in writing, by emailing admin@transferencehealing.com. Please allow 10 working days after your refund has been approved for your refund to be processed.

After the cooling off period: If you cancel your enrolment after the cooling-off period (five days) you will receive a credit with Transference Healing. Credits may not be claimed as refunds but may be applied towards enrolment in any workshop, training or Mystery School offered by Alexis Cartwright within 24 months. You can also transfer your credit to another person.

Credit cannot be applied to postage and handling or Mystery School accommodation. Credit also cannot be applied to Trance Channel sessions, the Mentorship or the Academy of Learning with Alexis Cartwright.

Rescheduling of enrolment

You may reschedule your enrolment for no charge if you provide at least 28 days written notice before the start of the specific workshop or training you have registered for. If it is less than 28 days before the event starts, we charge a $250 late transfer fee. All requests to reschedule must be received by us in writing, by emailing admin@transferencehealing.com.

If you do not attend the training or workshop you are enrolled in and provide no written request to reschedule, then you will forfeit the full cost of that event and a credit will not be available.

Any reschedule is subject to available spots. If we make event changes – including change of dates, venue, content title or hours – we may do so by notifying you as soon as the changes are made. There is no refund available under any of these circumstances, yet we will waive any rescheduling fees that would otherwise apply.

MYSTERY SCHOOL ENROLMENTS

Cancellations made more than 42 days prior to the commencement of the Mystery School: If your enrolment is cancelled more than 42 days prior to the commencement of the Mystery School, any payment made by you toward the Mystery School is non-refundable, though it is transferrable for payment toward other Transference Healing products and services (at the discretion of Transference Healing) within 18 months. Credit cannot be applied to postage and handling or Mystery School accommodation. Credit also cannot be applied to Trance Channel sessions, the Mentorship or the Academy of Learning with Alexis Cartwright. You can transfer your credit to another person.

Cancellations made 42 days or less before the Mystery School’s commencement: If a cancellation is made 42 days or less prior to the Mystery School’s commencement, the entire Mystery School fee is forfeited by you. It is non-transferrable and non-refundable.

The cancellation policy for Mystery School accommodation is provided separately.
