By requiring our graduates to resit their training on a regular basis we are assured that those who are endorsed on our website are running the energy correctly. It also assures us that they remain balanced and in integrity within the energy. Regular training provides energetic upgrades for each graduate, and gives them the opportunity to upgrade their knowledge of the Transference Healing teachings, gaining greater insight and the ability to hold more light with each resit.

This process benefits our Practitioners and Teachers on two levels. It not only supports them to become better healers, but also – through their own commitment to the energy – provides them with a safe space to work on their own personal and spiritual growth process. Practitioners and Teachers of Transference Healing are a part of a whole. As they are representatives of the energy out in the world, we must ensure we do everything we can to ensure Transference Healing is being practised with integrity and always for the benefit of humanity.

Remember, you are only required to re-sit the Fundamental, Advanced Level and Teacher training with Alexis every two years if you wish to remain endorsed on our website. You can still continue to practice as a Practitioner and Teacher if you do not re-sit every two year.

Allowing a graduate to participate in a workshop in an absentee capacity is not an accepted practice of Transference Healing. We understand that it can be difficult to travel on location to complete training, however it is important to understand that being on location when upgrading your training is part of the journey. You do much more than just fulfil a requirement when you resit a workshop.  When you move outside of your environment you are given an opportunity to break patterning, anchor/grid new energies, and really work consciously at upgrading your frequency. It is for this reason that we hold workshops at various locations around the world, and why we get so many graduates from overseas coming to us on location to resit their training no matter where we are.

In addition to these personal opportunities, being at a training in person is very important for a number of reasons. By sitting the training in person you are honouring the energy, providing it your full attention and commitment.  In a room that has been gridded with the Transference Healing frequency for the express purpose of training, you are immersed in the right level of frequency to be able to understand, absorb and anchor the energies of that training workshop. During any workshop that Alexis facilitates, she works on each graduate energetically, helping them to open up to and anchor in the necessary frequencies in that moment.  By not being present during training you will miss out on this energetic work and will struggle to fully integrate what is necessary to complete the upgrade you are seeking when you commit to sit/resit a training.

Participating in a meditation/lightbody activation as an absentee is not the same as participating in a training workshop as an absentee.  During a meditation/lightbody activation event Alexis energetically calls you in to the event and opens you up to receive the energies of the event for only a brief period of time.  The complexity of the energies that come through in a training workshop are completely different, much more complex, and they integrate for a much longer period of time.  Without being on location you would not receive the full energetic benefits of the workshop.

In addition, as you upgrade you receive a new level of information and understanding during a resit workshop, which also provides you with the opportunity to ask questions of Alexis in order to gain clarity.  Not being on location puts you at a disadvantage in this as you would not be able to ask questions, nor would Alexis have the chance to gauge your process and offer assistance in the moment by supporting you in the shift that inevitably occurs during a resit training.

Not all of the information that comes through during a training workshop is written down in the training manuals.  There are times when specific information comes through that answers the questions of a group as a whole, there in the moment, and it is important that you are present to be able to receive this information.  By being on location when training you are also offered the experience of being with people who are sharing your spiritual journey, supporting each other and sharing experiences, which in turn provides opportunities for energetic exchange once your return to your own environment.

On a more practical level, Alexis would simply not able to hold a space for so many people and provide them with what they need energetically if they were spread all over the world (in different times zones etc).  Nor would she be able to fulfil her requirements as a Teacher in providing her graduates with the information that is required for the workshop if she is not able to communicate with them at the same time and in the same place.

The Lightbody Kit portion of the Fundamentals training is never to be taught as a separate workshop. It should only be taught as part of the 4-day training, as taught to all Teachers during their teachers training. Teachers should teach the Lightbody Kit teachings of the Fundamentals training as they are taught to, in order to preserve the energy of the teachings. The essences in the Lightbody Kit are an integral part of the Transference Healing teachings. They have been brought through to support the Fundamental procedures and to aid the integration of these procedures performed during a healing session, as well as to help alleviate lightbody symptoms. You must not separate the essences from the Fundamental procedures. Teachers must also teach the Fundamentals workshop as they were taught in order to ensure a Teacher does not separate themselves from other Teachers by teaching this workshop in a different way.  This guarantees that each client that attends a workshop will receive the same teachings, in the same manner, regardless of who their teacher is. This ensures unity and harmony within the energy.

The format for the Lightbody Kit day, as a separate one day workshop, is only done by Alexis. It is formatted in this way as it provides graduates with an opportunity to gain greater clarity. It provides a more comprehensive understanding, particularly for those practitioners that are working on clients, so they safely prepare essences and are able to advise their clients of the properties of the crystals that came through for them. The crystal images used during this workshop cannot be projected on a screen and used as a slide show by other Teachers when teaching the Fundamentals training, though you are welcome to create your own slideshow with your own images.

You would intuitively choose what comes up for the group as a whole. Should you get a ‘hit’ at the time to provide a little more specific information to an individual, you can also pass on that information directly to them. There is no need to overwhelm them with a huge reading, but you can draw their focus succinctly to a specific point if you feel guided to do so.

Whatever is divined is for the group, you run on the group as a whole. This is the uniqueness of any given group. They come together for a common reason and need to receive the energy as a group.

Yes, you can run a healing on a home or business, however it must be understood that you are not running the energy on the object itself, but rather on the ‘consciousness’ of the home or business, as a complete entity. The entity itself includes the people in it or attached to it, as well as the inherent practices/patterning of those within that home or business.  In effect, you are running a Mass Healing; working energetically on the collective consciousness of the ‘group’ as a whole.
