POLICIES OVERVIEW

In 1992 Alexis Cartwright was divinely-guided by the spiritual hierarchy to channel and establish the Transference Healing frequency onto the planet.  As the anchor of Transference Healing, Alexis is entrusted with its frequencies, principles and teachings.

Alexis now supports the spiritual hierarchy to keep the Transference frequency pure by:

• Actively protecting all sacred information associated with it. All Transference information is subject to copyright © and registered mark ® legal rights, as well a, clearly defined company guidelines, all of which must be managed and upheld at all times to protect the Transference Healing frequency.

• Ensuring that all Fundamental, Advanced Level and Teacher Training Graduates experience the highest quality training and energetic initiations, in addition to receiving educational and practitioner tools of a high quality.

• Ensuring that clear, up-to-date guidelines are defined and communicated to all involved with Transference Healing, and that these guidelines are respected and upheld by all Teachers, at all times.

• Ensuring that the Transference Healing brand reflects the sacredness of this profound frequency at all times, across all communications, tools, products and services.

Leading by Example

As a Transference Healing® Teacher, you are a spiritual leader. You are a leader within the Diamond Pyramid of Light.™ As a spiritual teacher to all your clients and graduates, this position comes with great responsibility. As you lead by example, it is important that you always act in integrity. You now hold an energetic space for your own client and graduate base and it is your responsibility to support them through their initiations, healing and growth, as you guide them through their ascension journey.

Where necessary, you may be required to take on a more ‘political’ role. By this we mean that you may need to step in and clear any copyright or compliance issues, energetic distortions, or projections that may occur. If you are ever uncomfortable with a situation that impacts the Transference Healing community, or frequency, or if you feel a particular situation you are dealing with is becoming unmanageable, do contact your Teacher for support.  If this does not resolve your issues, contact the Transference Healing Head Office by referring to the CONTACT page.

Be aware that as a Teacher, you are always a representative of Transference Healing, regardless of whether you are facilitating trainings. Your intent, words and actions reflect on you, as a Teacher and Leader, and ultimately on Transference Healing, as a whole.  You must ensure that you present and promote yourself professionally, and within the parameters of Transference Healing guidelines, at all times. This is especially important with regard to what you are charging, and how you market and present yourself in public spaces.

The intent of all Transference Healing standards, policies and guidelines is to clearly communicate what is expected of each Teacher Graduate in relation to professionalism, and the importance of honouring yourself, and the energy.
